(October – April)
- Nightly: $105.00 per night
- Weekly: $525.00 per week
- Monthly: $1,000.00 per month
- Holidays: 2 nights minimum.

Cleaning fee: $95.00 which covers laundry, linens, cleaning & sanitizing.
- Pet fee with prior approval: $50.00
